Adult: Starting dose (daily) 15 to 45 ml
Maintain the dose (daily) 15 to 30ml
Children (7-14 years old): Starting dose (daily) 15ml
Maintain the dose (daily) 10 to 15 ml
Children (1-6 years old): starting dose (daily) 5-10ml
Maintain the dose (daily) 5-10ml
Infants: Starting dose (daily) up to 5 ml
Maintenance dose (daily) up to 5 ml

After taking two to three days, Δ may be adjusted from the starting dose (daily) to the maintenance dose (daily) in response to the treatment response.
